3. If you do not fill in the blank whether can be shipped by trans-shipment or partial shipment, we will regard that it can be trans-shipped and partial shipped. If you do not select freight prepaid or freight collect, we will regard it as freight prepaid; if you do not fill in the shipping terms, we regard it as CY-CY.
4. The shipping delay and loading to shipper¡¯s wrong destination port because of incorrect or lack information of S/O, and the wrong information of B/L, lead to not get the payment or release the goods. All the responsibility, risks, disputes and charges above are in the responsible of the shipper
